The Appraisal Process

An appraisal is an unbiased professional opinion of a home's value. The appraiser creates a report based on an in-person inspection, examines recent sales of similar properties, reviews current market trends and the details of the home; including its size, condition, floor plan, and amenities.

In the event of an estate, probate or divorce our appraisers will complete comprehensive appraisals with sensitivity to the feelings of everyone involved. We understand the complexities of these proceedings and are accustomed to working with all fiduciaries, attorneys, and accountants who use our values.

My name is Christina and I was born and raised in San Diego. I am a Certified Residential Appraiser. I have been working in the real estate industry since 2008. My attention to honest service is reflected in the long-term relationships I have maintained with clientele. Their loyalty and commitment is evident in their repeat business and referrals.
